- We accept money orders, Pay Pal, cashier checks, and U.S. currency.
- You may pay your initial $500 rental deposit or full rental
payment on our website.
- We prefer to rent longer term, at least three months during season, but will consider shorter stays.
- Call us for summer discounts. Weekly rentals available.
- There is a $100 cleaning fee and 11% tourist tax along with the rental
fee. The $100 cleaning fee is for normal clean up.
- 10% discount with multi-month rental. For other multi-month or multi-unit discounts,
please contact us.
- We do offer an airport pick-up service for a small fee. We offer pick-up service for SW Florida
International Airport and Sarasota International Airport.
